Heart Opening Tea

All of my offerings are prepared with prayer, cantos (healing songs), joy, humor, and mucho mucho amor.

Is lovingly made with organic nettles, organic rosebuds, organic milky oats, organic ginger root, organic orange peel, and fair trade organic ceylon cinnamon bark.
Cover and steep 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of tea per cup of boiled water for 10-15 minutes.
